Rod has been involved in Hockey development since 1986 when he first assisted in a Learn-to-Play program.
Since then he has pursued his passion to develop players and coaches at all levels of the game.
Rod is a student of the game as well as a teacher.
Rod has also been involved as a Coaching Clinic Instructor, League Director, Tournament Organizer, Team Manager as well as Coaching
